Return Policy

Order cancellations must be requested by written form (letter or e-mail). No cancellations accepted after shipment. All sales are non-refundable.  Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed.  Shipping and handling fees are final. RA (Return Authorization) for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon receipt of merchandise. All items being returned for merchandise credit must be in its original condition with original packaging.  There is a 10% re-stocking fee for any items returned without its original packaging. All damages sent after 5 days upon receipt will be charged a 10% fee.  There will be a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned without a RA (Return Authorization), refused and unaccepted packages, or past the 5 day grace period.  We will not accept any items being returned after 15 days from the date received. All sale items are final.
